What are you going to do?
As a Customer Service Specialist in the EXIT Toys B2C team, you'll have an incredibly varied role that changes with the seasons.
You'll start your internship in the off-season ( mid February). This is the perfect time to get familiar with our products, build up your product knowledge, and sharpen those customer service skills. Together with your colleagues, you'll prepare for the new season and really grow into your role.
The high season kicks off in March, and that's when you'll dive straight in as a Customer Service Specialist intern! You'll be the first point of contact and the calling card of our company for consumers. You'll be answering calls, replying to emails, and handling live chats. You genuinely love helping customers and get a huge boost of energy from it. You’re all about surprising customers and thinking outside the box—all to exceed consumer expectations. Your main focus? Giving top-notch advice for online purchases and solving any challenge that pops up.
Your tasks will include:
- Providing information and advice about EXIT products, from pre-sales right through to top-level aftersales service.
- Excelling at correctly handling consumer questions and/or complaints via email, phone, and live chat.
- Processing consumer returns and ensuring the entire return process is handled smoothly and efficiently.
Your Profile:
- You are a native speaker of Dutch, or German (with basic knowledge of the Dutch language).
- You are currently following an MBO or HBO program in the direction of Allround Assistant Business Services, Commercial Economics, International Business, Communication studies or Retail Management.
- Commercial, service-oriented, and customer-friendly, with a sincere interest in consumers.
- A positive, enthusiastic go-getter and natural problem-solver.
